Thoughts? Pls no smart asses

24 yo. Sarting at 18, I aggressively threw cash into small cap etfs. Paid off all undergrad student loans last year from these etfs so starting from scratch. Gf of 6 years is in med school, I am on same path. Considering we will live in VHCOL area, many years of schooling, and will have large student debt, Ive been advised to focus less on roth IRA and more on ETFs (ig bc of liquidity and above average earnings in the future). Would it be wise to lean heavily into small cap etfs considering our young age? I know I have the discipline to just buy and hold, this is not a problem. Genuine answers appreciated!
