is collecting photocards even worth it anymore?

i’ve really been interested in wanting to collect photocards specifically nct( mostly jaehyun or whoever i’m feeling atm loll). when i was looking into pc templates i was like damn….all the different pob, lucky draws, and just different album versions etc etc. its just a lot and it’s rlly had me thinking if i should even start. also i know the pc trading community is kinda dead.. so… that’s a big bummer on a way to collect. i have gotten a few from mercari for really good prices tho but i know all this money will add up…💔
