Rental application without disclosure?

Hi, I'm applying for a rental for the first time in a while, and the first time after my name change. The application wants a credit check and to state if I've been known by any other names.

Is there any way around this that anyone has found? I'd rather not disclose my dead name or the fact that I'm trans, and my credit is solid, no debts, so it feels irrelevant.
