Help with rashid's infamous 1-frame link

I have never been able to perform it, not in game nor in training mode. not even once. Any advice on what to look for our if there are any visual cues to even get me close? my training mode set up is just me in the corner, the i do OD cyclone to put up the tornado buff, OD spinning mixer, then regular skyhigh and do my best to hit 2HP right before they hit the ground but i either end up connecting and i launch myself forward or they hit the ground before my hitbox comes out. I realize its the hardest link in the game and even pros don't get it every time, but for right now, i just wanna hit the dang thing once in training lol any help would be great.
