Gestational age vs fetal measurements

This is probably much simpler than I am making it seem but for some reason is so confusing (especially to my partner)!! From my LMP I should be 7w4d. If I tracked my ovulation and it was 2 weeks after my period ended, would the baby be measuring 2 weeks behind gestational age?
