Can I take a 2 week break??

I am going on vacation in a week to an all-inclusive. Lately if I have more than 2 drinks I vomit. And of course barely hungry. I would like to stop the shot for 2 weeks then restart when I get back home. Has anyone tried this? I am ok with gaining some weight back during that time I just can't deal with the testy stomach!! I am on 6mg 2X/week and been on the shot for 4 months.
