It was working on my old computer now it just opens a black window and closes after 5-8 seconds. What else to try?

So I just built a new computer and copied my files over. All other emulations work find except for ePSXe.

I even download the newest version 2.0.5

I found and tried a different bios.

tested with different roms too.

Tried Pete's GPU plugin and switching other wizard settings.

Tried Compatibility mode

I turned off fullscreen mode.

I don't know what else to try.

I'm wondering if there's a bios file with a different number? all i find is 1001.
