Has anyone else seen the final boss be resurrected by the revenant?

Had a great run at Heolstor and the revenant happened to deal the final blow, and as we're celebrating a little phantom runs over at us. I thought it was the page summon at first but it doesn't look anything like it, and I realized it must've been one summoned from the boss. Unfortunately I didn't get a screenshot, has anyone seen this before?
