Weird orgasm experience

I've had pretty bad anorgasmia for a while now. It was even a symptom I experienced before developing full blown PFS. It would come and go, but now it's really consistent. I'd say it was the first symptom I truly experienced.

I'm on my fourth month of having PFS. I still struggle with feeling the physical pleasure of orgasming. But I do feel the mental/emotional feelings associated with it. When I have sex (I am sexually functional, just sort of an amgedonic experience) I never feel a physical climax, but I do feel a head rush/burst of emotions when I cum. Same thing with masturbation.

Has anyone else experienced this? Muted physical response but functioning dopamine response?
