I have no clue what this is

I don't have a pic of it but my poop had something that I can only describe as like slightly more transparent wet rice paper and it connected two different segments of poop.

I haven't had anything that I think would cause it for the past few days. I was having a headache but I don't think it's related cuz I have them all the time.
