So, what’s exactly keeping Cammy from being bottom tier ?

Like yeah she’s obviously better than Honda, Manson, Lily, but then it gets kind of tricky, who is she just definitely better than after those three?

Buttons- used to be considered good, but after 2 full seasons of DLC characters, she only has one good button( sHK ) that can’t even be converted into anything. Every other button she has is super stubby compared to every other character that has good buttons.

Damage- worst in the game and it isn’t close, even off of a punish counter struggles to get 50% off of a full meter dump/level 3 combo.

Specials- hooligan is a troll special that gets beat by simply not being a bot and anybody with even diamond level reaction time will DP every dive kick you do.

Speed- everybody says Cammy is so fast, but her buttons actually have much longer recovery than most of the cast and are easily punished, she also has one of the slowest raw DRs in the game.

We just have to stop propping Cammy up as good character anymore, she’s around the 18-24 mark if you were to rank the entire cast now, and is slowly becoming obsolete.
