boot loop xiaomi redmi note 9s issues

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a constant reboot issue: when disconnected, it turns on, gets stuck on the "Mi" screen, and immediately shuts off. When charging, it goes into a boot loop but never progresses past the startup screen on the "Mi" logo screen Any ideas? This all happened when the battery was at 3% and I accidentally turned it off. When I connected it to the charger, this issue started. I can only access the fastboot and nothing else.
