New Grad offers

Seeking Advice
I was wondering if y’all can help me decide. So I got a call yesterday about three job offers.. One is for a surgical step down unit, one for the ER, and one for a surgical acute med/Surg floor. Currently without any full blown nursing work experience my long term goal is possibly CRNA school down the line but obviously that may change once I start working and seeing more what its really like. I know that most likely I'll get the same residency classes and critical care certs through the stepdown and ER jobs so there is no difference there. The pay is the same for all the positions as a new grad so there no financial incentive to take one over the other.
I did vibe somewhat better with the three managers from the ER than I felt like I did for the step down but that doesn't really mean much towards the job itself ya know. I did think some of the learning opportunities for the ER were cool like shadowing and going forward a full night shift on an ambulance to see what happens before you get a patient in the ER. So right now I'm just kind of stuck between the ER offer or the step down. I really like the idea of fast paced nursing and the potential of anything can occur.
One nurse I asked said she feels that sometimes ER nurses get pigeonholeed into the ER because they are constantly moving patients out so they never really get tons of experience with forming patient relationships/ ettiqute. I know in the step-down unit I'll also learn a lot with the potential to be more directly working with the ICU so if a position opens in the future I have a good chance to be in line for it which in the long run matches up with a potential CRNA track.
Part of me wishes I could do both honestly because I'm super excited to get as much experience as I can and I feel like they both offer really great learning opportunities. Part of me says take the ER because it will most likely be interesting, I'll learn a lot, and if I end up not really liking it I can always leave. I am nervous to start in the ER if the pigeon hole thing is true leading to me not be able to get step-down or ICU positions in the future.
On the other hand starting in the step down helps me get closer to the possibility of getting into an ICU and being closer to getting the experience for CRNA school. I did my capstone clinical in an ICU and I definitely learned a lot but it was obviously a slower pace since the patient ratio was 2-1 it. Like I said I really wish I could do both but I know I can only pick one offer. I guess I'm nervous that I will miss out on the opportunities that come with one residency over the other and never get them again even if I go to another department because I'll be experienced so the transition will be different.
I like the potential learning and experiences that comes with the fast paced ER. I also think if I can handle that as a new grad it may set me up to better manage critical situations in the future. I also like the step down because I feel like I'll get a ton of education perhaps in a slower form but it will most likely be more in depth and cover certain procedures/ skills I may not learn about for ER care and it will help familiarize myself with the flow of the ICU. Opinions?
