Planning to move to Baguio, I have a few questions.

Question

Hello. Im thinking of moving to another city. I resided in Metro Manila since 2013 for work. OG from Batangas. And now na WFH setup na ako, I feel that I can explore other cities, like one year at a time ba. I'm thinking of Baguio, and have already found this apartment listing that looks promising.

A little info about me. 30F, introvert with 1 pet cat that may become 2 soon. I don't go out much. As in like 2-4 times every month lang. 🥲 I know no one in Baguio and it's not a problem with me. I love solitude. But still open to meet new people ofc. I only have a very small circle kasama na family ko. I try to make eco-friendly choices in my daily life. I am a sucker for rules, which I know Baguio has strict rules on things.

There are a few question I have for peeps residing/resided in Baguio.

  • Ano frequency ng power interruptions? (if there's any, important for work)
  • Ano frequency ng water interruptions? (if there's any)
  • What's the best internet service provider? (important for work)
  • What do you think I should consider pa, like crimes, floods, weatherchanges, roads, culture, traditions, etc?
  • Any advice?
