Looking for a finance job in Dubai

Hi everyone,

I’m urgently looking for a finance-related job opportunity in Dubai and would truly appreciate any leads, referrals, or advice from this community.

I have over 4 years of experience in finance and commercial real estate, with a strong background in:

•	Financial reporting and variance analysis

•	Lease abstraction and cost tracking (including interest and carry cost draws)

•	Group-level consolidation reporting

•	Rent roll reconciliation and financial statement review

I’m open to any suitable finance or accounts role including Financial Analyst, Accountant, Reporting Analyst, or Finance Associate positions. I am available to join immediately and am comfortable working within a salary range of AED 6,000–7,000.
