How to prevent my stepdaughter from inheriting a house

Hi all,

Me and wife are just in the process of buying a house, I am highest earner (50% earning more than my wife) we have a daughter that we got in our marriage and expecting one more baby, but she have a daughter from a previous relationship that live with us and I take care of her and all costs as her father doesn't want to give any help, he only sees her on summer holiday and that's it.

How can I stop my stepdaughter from inheriting that house or any piece of it later in life? My wife agreed to this as she thinks that her biological father will give her something later in life. I want our biological kids to get everything.
