Strange episodes

This is a new one for me, 30m, was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2017.

It starts with a headache out of nowhere, then I get a sudden feeling of pure dread, I get confused, at some point I smell this burnt metal smell, I find it hard to focus or speak, I have difficulty swallowing and breathing and I shake like I'm sitting outside in the middle of winter with no clothes on (I was sitting in bed playing Zelda). I'm aware of what's happening and when I can I talk to my wife to explain. The episodes seem to last 15 mins or so and it seems to happen in waves. Things get really intense for a minute or so then I just feel out of it for 5 minutes and it gets really intense again, this continues for the full duration.

This has happened about a dozen times now and it's taken me a while to be able to explain in detail what's happening however I feel like this is a pretty good overview.

Neuro has dismissed them as panic attacks, psychiatrist has said they sound like epileptic activity. Stuck in a frustrating loop.
