Trying to make a decision

Hello, Do here's a little background. I am an Indian (f) currently 20 and doing a BBA degree in hospitality and facilities management ( have very true resume to get hired in a corporate job😭😉 but I hate corporate). I have been thinking of working on a cruyfor quite some time now. I'll probably do it once I graduate next year. Will be 21 by then. Anyway I want to work in entertainment or if not possible in that retail works too maybe. But entertainment mosty. So I have like 2 options to go with.

  1. Apply for a cruise directly after graduation
  2. Work for a year in event management company on ground and then apply for cruise.

Also I really want to think a lot about this decision so as much insight about the work life of a young female on a cruise will be appreciated. Specially if any Indian responses.

The main reason for thing of this path in my life is that I want to travel a lot. I know working on a cruise is not the same as travelling and the work is exhausting but I am ready to work hard and make best of whatever time I might get off the work to enjoy. Cause honestly to be able to just see so many places, I'll be in my late 30s and still won't have enough money to travel so much.

Also I think as we grow our mindset and expectations from life change so I want to enjoy the world as a young girl in her 20s first before I see it as a person in their 30s. Also indian girls get a lof of marriage pressure as they get close to 30 ( lucky ones only. some get pressure from way before) anyway wanna live my young life to the Fullest before I take of all possible responsibilities of life.
