Do I have a chance of getting into IIM ABC or should I give up?

Hi, I'm a general engineering female. For some context-
10th grade: 94%
12th grade: 88.5% (92% PCM)
I'm graduating from a Tier2 engg college this year(2025) with 8.8 CGPA.
I'm placed at a prod-based tech company as SDE-I where I plan to work for the next 1-2 years.
I'm ideally aiming for 2027 when I would've had 2 years of workex, but I'm super new to CAT and it seem very difficult. I don't know how much effort the prep will require, especially while working full time. What would my score need to look like to get calls from IIM A/B/C and how do I start my prep? My English is not too bad and I did give jee/jee advanced so my basics are not too shabby either.

Should I even start prepping or is it out of the realm for me and I should just give up.
