Easiest way to maintain a dynamic block list?

So there's many DROP lists I'd like to incorporate into my network. For example: https://www.spamhaus.org/drop/drop.txt

I was surprised when I found there's no native way to simply add a URL that points to a txt file like this in Unifi to use as a dynamically updating block list (added feedback to Unifi).

In the meantime, I was wondering if there's a clean way of achieving this feature before I go about making my own workaround using Docker, custom bash script and the Unifi API?
