Tips on reviving a dead community?

I downloaded the app again for the nostalgia. Most of the communities I'm in are pretty good and active (minus the annoying bots) but there's one that has only 19 members (with myself included) and was started around 2020 but it appears deserted. There's about 1 active member rn besides me and that's it. There's no mods, no nothing.

I saw a post which was made two months ago which still gives me hope I could get it up and running so to speak.

Not to mention the fandom of it is super small which makes reviving it even more difficult.

I'm planning on making some fanart and one shot fics and share them on there but I'm not sure how to spread the community itself for others to join. I'd hate to be that annoying user that just posts everywhere asking for others to join it with the link attached + I'm getting the feeling it would most definitely appear to others like a scam or whatever you call it

I'd still appreciate any tips/advice i could get. Thx in advance =)
