All of my chats got deleted

I haven’t used the website for a little over a month, I had around 5 chats and with only one of them I was super active with and I logged into the website again yesterday to see everything deleted. I saw posts about the site being down and decided I’ll try again tomorrow and when I logged in again just know my chats are still gone. Any help?
