House Surveyor Choice?

Hi everyone,

Short story home sale agreed and need a surveyor. Tackled it down to 2 options:

gethousesurvey.ie snagmyhouse.ie

Both seem to have very good reviews and both coming in at the same price. Anyone have experience (good or bad) with either?

For context it’s a 2nd hand home so would be a pre purchase house survey.
