Birth control/health care help?

For context I’m 20F, my parents never believed in health insurance or sex before marriage so I decided it’s time to venture off on my own. I applied for health care via Healthcare.gov, the most recent new I’ve gotten was that I’m probably eligible for soonercare and that I’ll hear back from Oklahoma within 7 days.

Should I wait til I officially have insurance or is there something I can do sooner? Perhaps a community clinic that would take me? I’d like to get my IUD within the next 2 months. I vaguely remember my friend (when she was 18) getting a free pregnancy test and STD screening. I could pay up to 160 out of pocket if need be.
