MACI vs Autocart

Hello,

I am 26yo active sportman - usually fitness and hiking, before football. I have same problem with both knees. Diagnose is damaged cartilage 3-4 degree under patella (trochley femur). I have 2 options - TACH with hydrogel (MACI) 30 000 €or Autocart Arthrex 5000€ . I do not want to put price tag on health, just would like to know if you went trough some of these procedures- Maci suppose to be here 20+ years with best results for cartilage damage and Autocart is here 3 years. Do you have any experience with one of these? I heard multiple stories - some very good some terrifiying. Need to decide soon, please let me know.
