Does Will Call Only give bracelet or the entire box?

It's been over a week and my package has been stuck at ISC Chicago Customs so I'm getting nervous. Does Will Call only give out bracelets or would they give the entire box as well?

Will Tomorrowland support help with this? I've reached out but haven't heard from them since their initial reply a week ago. I've been following up since.
