Denied at MEPS for Eczema

Hey, a couple weeks ago I was at MEPS. I scored well on the ASVAB as well as passed every other test like the vision, urine, blood hearing and depth perception. However during the medical part of it they saw on my clinical notes that I had eczema on my arms around 4 months ago, but I cleared it in around 2-3 days. My recruiter had me fill out and sign a waiver, and he sent it out around a week ago. What are the chances I get accepted, and how long until I hear back from them.
