First time pregnancy!!

My husband I have been trying to conceive for a while and I found out couple weeks ago that I’m pregnant. I’m currently 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant but I can’t seem to stop taking the pregnancy test cause I feel anxious when I don’t and my ob appointment isn’t until July.. When did everyone stop taking their test?
