Does anyone have tips for recovery?

Does anyone have tips on recovering from a revision microdisectomy? My nerves were a tangled up mess along with a herniated disc at L5S1 and my surgery was 2 days ago. I am in so much more pain now than I was even yesterday. I cannot move without the sciatica pain flaring up. Does anyone have tips on how to make it through this until the pain starts to subside? I’ve got pain meds and steroids but this is 100 times worse than labor felt 😢
