New kid around

Introduction

I woke up in my room in Cabin 7, and instantly got my bow and quiver from under my pillow. Yes. I sleep with my bow. Don't judge me. As I was doing that, I realized I'm in camp, and as I was realizing that, I realized that I was currently aiming my bow at one of my asleep half-sibling. Yeah, I wasn't good at this. Thankfully he was asleep. I tried to get out of my bunk bed. Well, at least I was the one above. When I finally got out of bed and got dressed, I (naturally) went out into the archery range. I started shooting; first shot, bullseye; second shot, kinda out of the red circle in the middle but still kinda good; third shot, another bullseye. Wow I was good!

As I was getting out on my seventy-ish shot, I thought about food, and OMG someone must’ve been hearing my thoughts (totally possible, I thought,) because it was _just_ time for dinner ! (Had I really been shootin’ stuff all day long?)
And wow, the food was awesome. I ate cheese with bread (you would think it’s cheap but _wow_). I sat with Cabin 7 in table 7 and wished I had some yummy _Sprite Zero_, and, suddenly, I saw something clear and lemoney in my goblet. Alright, I’ll say it, I thought someone urinated in my cup. I was in no circumstances drinking _that_, but then one of my “brothers” convinced me to drink it, saying that if it was urine he’ll drink the rest, and I tried it.
“Well, well, well,” The child of Apollo said. “What do you know? The weird thing in the glass turned out to be a pretty good drink, didn't it?”
“Shut up.” I said, rolling my eyes at him.

As all of the consumable matter has been successfully digested (fancy wording huh?), We all went to bed. After a long day, we got to take a rest! Well, we did until morning.
Oh, great gods, why did you create Monday morning?
And so I woke up early again (second time in a row, I must be accomplishing something, right?), and got out of bed (again), and dressed and brushed my teeth (again), and- you get it, don’t you?
Well, all was well until history class.
Oh why, cruel world, was there history class on my schedule? Well, alas, history class _was_ on my schedule, and so I had to suffer the long range brain damage of history and stuff. Well, I actually learned a lot! Mostly that the other campers didn’t want to attend as well, but still! (I hope you’re paying me to say this, Chiron.)

When the history class had ended (even now it makes me happy to say it), we all went to the next class. Hmmph, let’s see… NO. NO NO NO NO NO. NO WAY!
This day was getting better and better, wasn’t it?
Next session was, brace yourself, _music class_. If you were asking, ‘Cody, why do you fear music class? You’re a son of Apollo aren’t you?’, I would tell you that I. Have. Never. Been. Good. At. Music. And as to being a son of Apollo? Well, even more embarrassing! Think about it: you’re a half-son/daughter of the literal *god of music*, and you’re *bad at music*. Those two aren’t supposed to go together. As I was walking into the music class, and saw all of my half-siblings jumping happily, I felt the need to make the ground swallow me, but I’m an Apollo kid so..
When I got in, the teacher (a kid), went right to it. He called me to stand next to him, and introduced me to the class. Well, this was going fine. I, (not like most kids), do not fear the crowd. I started to think this was going to end well, but then again, first rule of demigods: NEVER FREAKING SAY (OR THINK) THAT THIS IS EASY. IT WILL BECOME NOT EASY. Yes, fine words indeed. But even if they’re not that, um, _polished_, they’re right. The second I thought that the teacher announced that we will be learning to charm with a violin.
No, I thought. No way. Did she know about it?
When I was younger, in elementary school, I took a violin class. I failed horribly. This time was no different. I was waiting for the class to end and when it did I ran to Cabin 7 and crashed on the bed.

Good night, Cody Webb!
