Solensia advice

Has anyone given their cat the monthly injection of solensia? Im always worried about side effects. Please tell me the good, the bad, the ugly of the drug. I already give my cat cosequin and omega three. It seems like its his front legs that bother him which makes getting down a problem. He has a lot of staircases to his favorite spots but he moves pretty slowly. Hes 15.
