Questions about new HSD S00

Hi all, NBD :) HSD S00. Picked it up yesterday, and rode it home for about 1 hour just in time for a No Kings protest. I have a few random questions about it, though admittedly not specific to this bike:

1. Who is responsible for setup of handlebars, brake levers, etc? When I rode it out of the shop, the stem was clearly rotated. They were able to fix this, but only by asking me whether it was aligned. And about 5 minutes out I noticed the brake levers were totally misaligned. One up, one down. Is this Tern or the shop that does this? (I can fix this myself of course...)

2. Similarly, the rubber grommet that all the control cables go through as they enter the frame is not inserted into the frame. Is this a shop thing or Tern? This makes a difference in terms of my opinion of which company to trust going forward. Either way, I'll need to figure out how to get it in there completely (advice welcome!) or take it to the shop to fix.

3. The Kiox display - Anybody know how to turn off the initial screen that basically says don't ride distracted? That message, which you have to turn off, is itself distracting! Same for the battery level warnings. I have to fiddle with the controls to turn off the battery level warnings every 20%, 10%, etc., which is, again, distracting.

4. Enviolo hub - Is shifting the Enviolo supposed to take super strength? My hand and wrists get quite a workout shifting, and I'm a strong guy. Does it get better? Or is it set up incorrectly? Given the quality of the build, I'm guessing the latter.
