Everything going wrong

Played valo for straight 3 hrs and lost every single match now i can feel deadly memories from past haunting me, mine is a HP Pavilion plus 14, i5-12500H processor with 2GB iris xe graphics and a HP professional mouse (that flat and down to earth one) should i blame my gaming skills? Or my Laptop? Ik i should blame myself 👍🏻🫠
