What's the "actual" buying price of an ETF and does it matter?
So I'm looking into investing in an ETF. I'm doing with through Barclays (my bank). It says on an ETF's page the supposed buying and selling price...
But then when I click "buy" on the next page where I'd input my data, it shows a faded closing price that's massively higher...
I don't understand. Why is that? It can't possibly just be exchange rate. If I threw 1500 at this would it count as many times more or not even close to 1 of the buying price. Does it even matter? I was under the impression you could invest any amount of money into something and that money just joins the line graph. Does anyone know what's going on?
