knit wear dress marshmallow la parfait !

I can't seem to attach photos here but i was wondering if anyone would be able to recreate the la pafait marshmallow dress ! it's deadstock and i can only find a romwe replica of it that i would prefer not to buy lol my budget is probably around 100-200 but let me know if the cost of labour is more than that ! thank you !
