DeFacto Partner (of Irish Citizen) Visa current wait times

Hi, my partner & I applied for Defect Partner Visa Preclearance in April. I have been following the Visa decision wait Times on Irish Immigration website but I was informed that the date for Defacto Partner visa of an Irish Citizen only represents the oldest application that they have processing currently. Apparently people are receiving decisions in 6-9 months on average.

Have you applied for a Defacto Partner Visa recently, what is your experience? Im especially interested to see if anybody here has gotten a decision in a shorter timeframe.
