i've got banned for 2ND TIME!!!!

As the title says, ive got HWID and my main banned for no reason just like that, i went to support and talked to them but they said its correctly placed and now that i went to my brother pc and hoped my alt acc , ITS LOCKED PERMANANTLY FOR SECTION 7, this is unfair i swear, is anyone here actual support that i can talk to cause i feel opressed, i dont know what to do.
