Should I text her?

Tldr; Should I text a girl who I went out with her friend 13 years ago

Today I(25M) met a girl (25F) whom I haven’t seen in 6 years. We had a small convo and everything was nice. However, there is a bit of history.

Around 13 years ago (middle school). I was dating her bestfriend(25f) at the time and was an A-hole. She has me blocked on instagram from back then and I think it would be weird if I just send her a text message

I wanted to text her but I don’t know if I should or if I do how to. Should I dm her from my other account or just text her from my number.

I feel the history is ages ago and wouldn’t matter
