Elderly tutor touches herself while teaching me how do I stop it?

So I'm exceptionally bad at Physics, so I decided to get a home tutor. But the fee was kinda high, so I got another dude to join me so I wouldn't have to pay as much. This tutor, let's call her O, has been tutoring me for 6 months now, but my friend joined last month. O is strict and rude ash, so I try not to interact or even look at her much.

But my friend noticed something, and I thought he was joking because he's lowkey a corn addict, but I was speechless when I noticed it too.

We sit on opposite sides of a big round table. She always keeps her huge leather bag in front of her, so I hadn’t really noticed this before. But yesterday I kept glancing at her, and MY FRIEND WAS RIGHT. Her left hand was kept below the table, and her chin was resting on her right hand.

Now my AH of a friend nudged my elbow, gave me the look, and pretended to drop a pen and peeked 💀. He didn’t SEE anything because she was wearing a comparatively long top, but her skinny jeans were slightly pulled down.

Now what the heck am I supposed to do? Clearly can't tell my dad, I’m too old for that. Can’t really tell O either, it’s embarrassing. And my friend is of no help because he’s literally enjoying ts.
