(Probably) a controversial opinion

Movie 28, full score of fear is often times referred to as one of the terrible detco films. However, I think that it is actually an underrated movie. Sure, it is far from perfect but it is still pretty enjoyable. The theming actually went well and the chemistry between Conan and the guest character Reiko was something nice to see. Does anyone else think this way or is it just me having this kind of opinion?
