PSA: for new and returning players about skipping levels

While we do not recommend it to new players it is not the end of the world if you do. You can regain the HP and MP you have lost. You can do all the 1-99 quests if you sub-class instead of mastering straight away.
Level 99 is just the start of the game and you have many decisions to make from that point forward.

If you have somehow eaten a chest, starfish, or gotten exp from the Law or Bug event that is ongoing then it is.

O K A Y.

Do not panic. You can and will be able to still do 'fun stuff' in the game. If you sub-class you will reset to level 1 except you will have all of the skills and spells that you had previously! This makes leveling 1-99 the 2nd time much easier and much more fun as well. I think one of my favorite ones to do 1-99 is a monk-warrior or warrior-monk. Your potential with bashing enemies is just so much higher with the added skills from your previous class.

If you are confused about where to continue- Ask around. The discord for DAU is insanely helpful. The community hanging around in Mileth Entrance and Pravat Cave generally will help as well. Don't give up!

If you choose to master after having boosted yourself to 99 by accident you can still do tons of content. You just need to get some gear together and catch up your skills. Which won't be difficult because you have access to the Dojo in Mehadi Swamp.

In the Dojo you gain skill/spell levels 4x faster. There's also a 2x event for that going on too on top of this.

ALLLLLLLLLLSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO: don't imp in east woodlands entrance. Go to the map right of it. "Wastelands" You gain more skill exp in hostile maps.

ty all for reading have a good day.
