Best non-pork Soup Dumplings in Denver?

Hi everyone! I just got back from China where I had the best soup dumplings ever!

Since I’ve been back, I’ve been on the hunt for some Xiao Long Bao, but all the best ones have pork inside them. I don’t eat pork, so this is a sad discovery.

Anyone know of a great soup dumpling place that also has ones without pork?
