Motherboard - B650 vs B850 (PCIe 5.0 vs PCIe 4.0)

I think I made a mistake.

I had to switch an ATX to a mATX for portability reasons. I switched to a similar MB (B650) but to the mATX version. I just realize that the mATX version of this board only has a PCIe 4.0 slot for the GPU. Will this be ok for the 5060Ti GPU? Or should I eat the loss and get the B850 mATX MB, which has a PCIe 5.0 slot for the GPU?

Not sure it matters but the CPU is a Ryzen 7 9800X3D.

On a similar note, my main reason for sticking with the same chipset was to be able to swap over the SSD drive (Win11 Pro) and have it pick up with no big issues. It is "Probably" ok to put it into a B850 but are there any gotchas doing that? I am not concerned about licensing issues.
