[KCD2] Henry's atrocious combat skills

Is there anyway to lvl up henry's combat? Im in the second part of the game, fully kitted out in the top quality armor and with the best shortsword. This mf still got cooked by an amourless bandit with a mace, i gotta replayed 3-4 times (i finally won tks to mutt and bane poison). Master strikes take 2-3 second to swing, stamina refills like an elderly, 4-5 seconds fighting and the mf says "woah" a few times then dies.

I know im not an expert at tg but when i play as godwin i just be spamming shit and win against 4-5 kitted out bandits.

My henrys stealth lvl at 28, strength at 14 and theft at 21 for context (i HAVE TO stealh coz pride boy too a33 if not for mutt and bane)
