Seed packet foolery

This year in multiple places where I planted either broccoli raab or cauliflower a wild radish has come up instead. Including containers. In some instances before I realized, there were even two or three seedlings that I thinned down which is why I think I planted them, they weren’t naturally occurring. Since this is all in the brassicaceae family I’m starting to think some of these seed packets have actual wild radish in them.

Is this common? Am I crazy? Anyone else have experiences with seed packets either being completely wrong or having little Russian roulettes in them?
