I’ve just been blocked

So after her stalking my socials and giving me random phone calls she blocked me. I got a freind to ask why and she said she doesn’t want to keep me added incase she meets up with me again and that she’s confused and wants to be alone

Im just so confused my self she stalks me, tells me she likes me and randomly blocks me Im not upset or angry just confused and need closure and need to know why you think she has done this. Me and her have never dated her last relationship was extremely toxic and abusive and I think that’s a huge thing to take into account any help would be appreciated.
