What is total credit hours of Bachelors in Civil Engineering Course of Tribhuvan University?

It seems necessary to convert the credit hours to ECTS while applying to universities in Germany. However, I couldn't find the information anywhere. Does anybody have any idea?

Also is there any way to convert percentage into gpa?
