Has anyone had similar issues with curry’s repair?

Hi all idk if this is a good place to ask. I have a laptop that is insured with curry’s. I’ve been a care/repair plan customer with them for a long time. They sent my laptop off for me for repair but the repair centre have not given it back. I had a phone call a few days ago saying my item never made it there which was false as they repaired it. However they’ve told me they will deliver it 3 separate times only to have nothing turn at the curry’s store for me. They keep saying it is either with the repair team or the delivery team. Each time I ring up asking why it has not been delivered back to my local curry’s store that day, they tell me that no one ever put it on the truck.

Has anyone else had any issues like this? I opened an investigation today and I’ve put in a complaint. I just want to know if anyone has any knowledge about this?
