Advice on training sub to be less loud and vocal in play

I have a sub who is very loud and vocal in play. This can sometimes take me out of a scene if I'm at home because I become concerned that I'm disturbing my neighbours.

I'd like to begin training her to be more quiet, little punishments for being loud, big rewards for coming quietly. I'd love to hear if/how other Dominants have achieved results in this area.
