Standalone fantasy recs

I love fantasy, but I want to read the genre without the commitment of a series as I am getting out of a book slump. Does anyone have any good standalone fantasy book recommendations? Some fantasies that I love: Dance of thieves duo, Serpent and dove series, Six of crows duo, Evermore, The shadow between us, and many more just to give you an idea!
